Job summary

ARCO/Murray National Construction is seeking an experienced Superintendent with 5–25+ years in construction leadership to oversee projects from planning through completion. You will manage administrative tasks, lead field operations, and partner with project teams to deliver on time and within budget.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, safety adherence, and coordination with owners, architects, and subcontractors to meet project specifications while maintaining high-quality standards

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook and project scheduling programs.
• Current valid driver's license in your state of residence.
• Ability to meet physical demands: standing/walking long periods, lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Attend post-award review meetings and receive project details.
• Assist in preparing and sequencing construction activities and manpower requirements.
• Direct and control total construction to meet specs, schedule, and budget.
• Coordinate subcontractors to align with project schedules and progress.
• Maintain daily diary of significant project facts and approvals.
• Report progress and costs to project manager and owners as needed.
• Uphold safety program across all phases and areas of the project.
