Job summary

ARCO/Murray National Construction seeks an experienced Superintendent (5-15+ years) to lead Advanced Manufacturing commercial construction projects across the field and office. You’ll manage tasks from day one, empower the project team with tools for on-time, on-budget delivery, and ensure adherence to project specs and safety protocols.

You will coordinate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors, oversee schedules, costs, and procurement, and report progress and risks to senior

Qualifications

• 5-15+ years of construction experience, with at least 5 years as a lead superintendent.
• Experience leading design/build industrial, cold storage, food & beverage, advanced manufacturing, or data center projects preferred.
• Computer skills: Word, Excel, Outlook, and project scheduling programs.

Responsibilities

• Attend the post-award review meeting to receive project information and details for preplanning.
• Prepare a schedule of construction activities and personnel requirements.
• Direct and control the total construction project to meet specs and schedule while maximizing profit.
• Coordinate subcontractors to integrate their work with project schedules and progress.
• Inform supervisors and subcontractors promptly of schedule changes.
• Assist in preparing job progress and cost reports reflecting actual costs.
• Review and approve requisitions, field POs, invoices, and other significant documents.
