ARCO/Murray National Construction is seeking an experienced Traveling Superintendent with 5–15+ years of construction leadership to oversee complex facilities projects, including manufacturing and data center environments. The role emphasizes safety, schedule management, and coordination of MEP trades while traveling to sites across the United States.

Qualifications

• 5-15+ years' construction experience, with at least 5 years as Assistant Superintendent or Lead Superintendent on advanced manufacturing or mission critical projects.
• Previous experience leading MEP trades on data center, battery storage, or manufacturing facility projects strongly preferred.
• Computer skills: proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and project scheduling programs.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Attend post-award review meetings to receive project information and preplanning details.
• Assist in preparing a project schedule, staffing, and equipment requirements.
• Direct and control the construction project to meet specs and schedule while ensuring profitability.
• Coordinate subcontractors and align their work with project schedules.
• Maintain communications with owner representatives and architects; report progress and costs.
• Review and approve requisitions, field PO's, invoices, and other significant reports.
