Job summary

ARCO/Murray National Construction seeks an experienced Traveling Superintendent to lead ground-up industrial and food/beverage processing builds nationwide. You will manage field operations, schedules, safety, and budgets from day one, coordinating subcontractors and owner reps to keep projects on time and within budget.

Applicants should have 5+ years as a lead superintendent on relevant facilities and be proficient with common scheduling tools; Procore experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5-25+ years of construction experience, with 5+ years as a lead superintendent on cold storage or food and beverage facilities.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook, and project scheduling programs.

Responsibilities

• Attend post-award reviews and plan construction activities and resources.
• Direct and control the project to meet specs, time and budget.
• Coordinate subcontractors and ensure schedules and progress are aligned.
• Prepare progress and cost reports, review requisitions and invoices.
• Maintain daily project diary and ensure adherence to the safety program.
