Job summary

ARCO/Murray National Construction seeks an experienced Superintendent to lead ground-up light- and mid-industrial projects with 5-15+ years of experience. This role involves traveling for projects nationwide, managing field operations, schedules, budgets, and team coordination from day one.

You will oversee subcontractors, ensure quality and safety, and report progress to project management, while maintaining strong client and internal stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• 5-25+ years of construction experience, with at least 5 years as a lead superintendent on data center or mission critical projects.
• Willing to travel when needed.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook and project scheduling programs.
• Possess and maintain a current, valid driver’s license in your state of residence.
• Ability to meet physical demands including long periods of standing/walking.

Responsibilities

• Attend post-award reviews to receive project information and preplanning details.
• Develop schedules, organization structure, staffing, and equipment requirements.
• Direct construction to meet specifications within schedule and budget.
• Coordinate subcontractors to align with project timelines and progress.
• Inform supervisors/subcontractors of schedule changes promptly.
• Prepare job progress and cost reports reflecting actual costs.
• Review requisitions, field PO's, invoices, and other reports.
