This role leads crews, coordinates daily activities, and ensures safety, efficiency, and schedule adherence on diverse projects in the aggregate, mining, and construction sectors. The ideal candidate will travel extensively across the United States, manage multiple trades, and collaborate with Project Managers, Department Managers, and customers to meet project goals and maintain high

• Proven leadership in construction or mining environments.
• Experience managing field personnel and subcontractors.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specs.
• Strong communication skills with project leadership and customers.
• Commitment to safety and quality on job sites.
