Job summary

Henderson Building Solutions is seeking a Traveling Site Superintendent to lead on-site construction activities and coordinate field operations across project sites. The role requires hands-on supervision, strong safety practices, and seamless coordination with subcontractors and internal teams.

Travel to local and regional sites is required, with the aim of maintaining schedules, productivity, and quality across diverse mission-critical facilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 years of field construction, construction supervision, or related industry experience.
• OSHA 30 certification or ability to obtain within defined timeframe.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain within defined timeframe.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.

Responsibilities

• Supports development and execution of project schedules with project management, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Assists with pre-construction planning activities, including logistics and schedule preparation.
• Ensures safety planning activities (JHAs) are completed prior to field execution.
• Coordinates daily field activities to maintain schedule adherence and quality.
• Maintains site logistics and orderly, safe work environment.
• Supports documentation, reports, and schedule updates.
• Participates in daily safety and coordination meetings with field teams and subcontractors.
• Communicates field updates to project leadership and coordinates look-ahead schedules.
