Job summary

OBR Management seeks a Service Superintendent to lead cooling tower service, preventive maintenance, and repair programs across projects. You will supervise field crews, interface with clients, and ensure safety and quality per OBR standards, coordinating with engineering, project management, and procurement.

The role requires strong leadership, travel to job sites as needed, and the ability to manage schedules, budgets, and closeout documentation while maintaining accessibility outside normal

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of field experience performing cooling tower services.
• Knowledge of Windows-based applications.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and training.

Responsibilities

• Interface with clients and oversee all aspects of service projects.
• Supervise, mentor, and train field technicians and crews.
• Conduct safety orientations and enforce industry standards.
• Manage service materials, equipment rentals, and job supplies.
• Oversee service processes, subcontractor progress, and project schedules.
• Prepare service and time reports; complete closeout documentation.
