Job summary

The Senior Structural/ Archectural Superintendent at Lemartec Corporation will be responsible for the efficient scheduling, management, and coordination of all subcontractors, trades, and labor crews to ensure quality and progress according to the project Master Schedule.

The role requires proven construction experience as a Senior Superintendent and the ability to lead, teach, and mentor teams while thoroughly understanding plans and codes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field preferred.
• Minimum 6 years' work experience as a construction Superintendent; 10+ years if no degree.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors, safety meetings, and QA/QC.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a team of superintendents, project field engineers, and other field staff.
• Permit document administration and control.
• Review subcontractor scope of work and coordinate safety meetings.
• Maintain master schedule and look-ahead planning with PCM/PM.
• Oversee project testing, inspections, and documentation (As Built, Daily Logs).
• Ensure quality control of installed materials and equipment on site.
