Job summary

Lemartec Corporation seeks a Senior Structural/Architectural Superintendent to efficiently schedule and coordinate subcontractors, trades, and labor teams for projects nationwide. You will lead field staff, review subcontractor scopes, and maintain project schedules to ensure quality and progress.

Ideal candidates have a background as a Senior Superintendent, with strong mentoring capabilities, and experience following plans, codes, and design docs. Travel up to 100% is required across the US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field preferred.
• Minimum 6 years as a Construction Superintendent; 10+ years without a degree acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of superintendents, field engineers and other field staff.
• Coordinate safety meetings and ensure project safety.
• Review subcontractor scope of work and manage documentation.
• Maintain master schedule and 3-week look-ahead schedules.
• Manage daily logs and as-built drawings for final submittal.
