Job summary

Lemartec Corporation seeks a Senior Structural/Architectural Superintendent to lead field operations across the US. You will manage subs and crews, review scopes, and ensure safety and QA across projects.

The role requires strong scheduling, documentation, and mentoring of team members. Travel up to 100% across multiple states, with a focus on coordinating logistics, site inspections, and maintaining master schedules to meet master plan timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field is preferred.
• minimum 6 years’ work experience as a construction Superintendent; in lieu of degree, 10+ years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a team of superintendents, project field engineers, and other field staff.
• Coordinate safety meetings and overall responsibility for project safety.
• Review subcontractor scope of work and daily project progress.
• Maintain and update the master schedule with PCM and complete look-ahead planning.
• Prepare Daily Log Reports (Procore) and maintain As-Built drawings.
• Coordinate and schedule inspections and ensure close-out documentation.
