Job summary

Lemartec is seeking an Architectural Project Superintendent to lead and coordinate nationwide construction teams. The role focuses on scheduling, subcontractor management, and ensuring progress aligns with the Master Schedule.

Travel across the US is required, with housing allowances and per diem where eligible. Ideal candidates bring proven superintendent experience, strong communication, OSHA knowledge, and proficiency in MS Office and scheduling software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum 3 years' work experience as a construction Superintendent; 10+ years if no degree.

Responsibilities

• Permit document administration and control
• Review and understand subcontractor scope of work
• Coordinate safety meetings and overall project safety
• Control project access and traffic
• Manage tool/equipment inventory, coordination and rental
• Schedule and record project testing and certificates (concrete/soil tests)
• Coordinate daily with PM/PCM/PFE on progress, QC/QA, reporting
• Prepare 3-week look ahead; update master schedule with PCM
• Submit Daily Log Reports (Procore)
• Maintain As-Built drawings for final submittal
• Schedule inspections and coordinate close-out documentation
• Quality control of installed materials and equipment
• Site layout and benchmark control
