Job summary

Lemartec Corporation is seeking a Senior Structural/Architectural Superintendent to efficiently schedule, manage, and coordinate multiple subcontractors and trades across US projects. This traveling role demands leadership and deep knowledge of plans, specs, and codes to maintain progress per master schedules.

The position emphasizes safety, quality, and coordination with PM and field teams, with opportunities to mentor staff and steer large-scale projects nationwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum 6 years' experience as a construction Superintendent; 10+ years if no degree.
• Strong scheduling, planning, organization and document control.
• Excellent communication and coordination with subcontractors and inspectors.
• OSHA certification and knowledge of safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of superintendents and field staff.
• Permit document administration and control.
• Review subcontractor scope of work.
• Lead safety meetings and ensure project safety.
• Manage site access and traffic.
• Oversee tool/equipment inventory and rental.
• Coordinate testing and certificates (concrete, soil).
• Daily progress reporting with PM, PCM, PFE.
• Prepare 3-week look ahead and update master schedule.
• Complete Daily Log Reports (Procore).
• Maintain As-Built drawings for final submittal.
• Schedule inspections and coordinate final close-out.
• Quality control of installed materials and equipment.
• Site layout and benchmark control.
