Job summary

Lemartec Corporation is seeking a Senior Structural/Architectural Superintendent to lead field teams across US projects, coordinating subcontractors and ensuring progress aligns with the Master Schedule.

This traveling role requires oversight of safety, document control, and close collaboration with PMs and field staff. A background in engineering/construction management and 6+ years as a superintendent is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field is preferred.
• Minimum 6 years' experience as a construction Superintendent; in lieu of degree, 10+ years.
• Strong scheduling, planning, organization and document control.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of superintendents and field staff.
• Administer permits and control documents.
• Review subcontractor scopes of work.
• Coordinate safety meetings and site safety.
• Manage site access and traffic control.
• Oversee tool, equipment inventory and rentals.
• Schedule testing and certify concrete and soils.
• Report progress with PM/PCM/PFE daily.
• Prepare 3-week look ahead and update master schedule.
• Maintain Daily Log in Procore.
• Keep As-Built drawings for submittal.
• Coordinate inspections and close-out documentation.
