Job summary

Lemartec Corporation seeks an Architectural Project Superintendent to coordinate subcontractors and field teams nationwide, delivering quality and progress per the Master Schedule. Travel is required across the US, with six-to-eight month project rotations and per diem potential.

You should have a degree in engineering or construction management and at least 3 years as a superintendent, with leadership, safety oversight, and proficiency in Procore, MS Office, and scheduling software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum 3 years' work experience as a construction Superintendent - In lieu of degree, 10+ years of work experience.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and coordinate subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Permit document administration and control
• Coordinate safety meetings and project safety
• Review subcontractor scope of work
• Maintain master schedule and look-ahead
• Daily logs and As Built drawings
• Coordinate inspections and close-out
