Job summary

Lemartec Corporation seeks an Architectural Project Superintendent to lead subcontractors, coordinate safety, and manage project schedules across multiple sites. The role requires strong leadership, plan interpretation, and compliance with codes and specs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum 3 years' work experience as a construction Superintendent; 10+ years if no degree.
• Must have project scheduling, planning, organization and document control.
• Superior communication and organization skills, especially with subcontractors and inspectors.
• OSHA certification and knowledge of safety standards.
• Experience with Microsoft Project or Primavera and scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate safety meetings and overall responsibility for project safety.
• Review subcontractor scope of work and manage plan execution.
• Maintain master schedule and look-ahead planning with PM/PCM/PFE.
• Manage daily logs, QA/QC, and test certificates (e.g., concrete/soil).
• Control project access, traffic, and field layout of benchmarks.
• Close-out documentation and final inspections.
