Job summary

Lemartec Corporation is seeking a Senior Structural/Architectural Superintendent to lead scheduling, coordinate subcontractors, and drive safety and quality on complex infrastructure projects nationwide. You will manage field teams, review scopes, and ensure on-time progress with a strong focus on documentation and compliance.

This traveling role requires excellent organization, communication, and leadership, with responsibilities spanning safety meetings, inspections, and project close-out

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Engineering/Construction Management.
• Minimum 6 years of experience as a construction Superintendent; 10+ years acceptable in lieu of degree.
• OSHA certification and safety knowledge.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; willingness to travel nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of superintendents, field engineers and other staff.
• Review subcontractor scopes and administer permits.
• Schedule progress, coordinate safety meetings and QA/QC.
• Maintain master schedule and daily logs; coordinate project inspections.
• Support close-out documentation and as-built drawings.
