This executive role requires coordinating project managers, superintendents, and architects to strengthen client relationships and deliver on schedule and budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering or Construction.
• 10 to 20 years of experience as a Project Manager on commercial and industrial projects.
• Planning and scheduling proficiency with P6, MS Project or equivalent; MS Office suite and estimating software knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers to deliver exceptional results.
• Develop contingency plans to mitigate risks on critical path items.
• Build relationships with clients and subcontractors to pursue new opportunities.
• Oversee pre-construction/RFP package efforts with Estimating; ensure project quality plans and punch lists are completed.
