Job summary

Lemartec Corporation is seeking an experienced MEP Senior Project Manager to lead a team of project managers, assistant PMs, and superintendents in delivering complex infrastructure projects. This executive role requires travel across the US and close collaboration with architects, engineers, and owners.

The right candidate will drive pre-construction, manage risk, and ensure client satisfaction while mentoring junior staff and coordinating with other departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering or Construction.
• 10 to 20 years of experience as a Project Manager on commercial and industrial projects.
• Mech, Electrical, Plumbing PM experience and knowledge of local specs.

Responsibilities

• Leads and manages a team of project managers and superintendents.
• Develops contingency plans and mitigates risks on projects.
• Builds relationships with clients and subcontractors to secure work.
• Oversees pre-construction/RFP activities with estimating.
• Ensures quality control and timely submission of documents.
