Job summary

Lemartec is hiring a Senior Project Manager to lead a team of project managers, assistant PMs, and superintendents across diverse industrial and commercial projects. The role involves travel up to 100% of the time to support projects nationwide.

As part of MasTec’s family, Lemartec delivers high-profile projects with professional growth and strong financial backing. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in Architecture/Engineering/Construction and 10–20 years of PM experience.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with local specifications and ability to read blueprints.
• Proficiency in planning, scheduling, and production with P6, MS Project, and MS Office; knowledge of estimating software.
• Excellent organizational, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• High professionalism and strong work ethic.
• Ability to multi-task and stay focused on priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers to deliver exceptional results.
• Develops contingency plans and mitigates risks on projects.
• Recruit and manage subcontractors and on-site superintendents.
• Lead pre-construction/RFP packages with the estimating department.
• Maintain project quality control and ensure client satisfaction.
