Job summary

Lemartec Corporation seeks a Senior MEP Project Manager to lead a team of project managers, assistant project managers, and superintendents in delivering complex infrastructure projects across the United States.

This executive role requires identifying, proposing, closing, and managing construction projects, with a focus on pre-construction planning, risk management, and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering or Construction required.
• 10–20 years of experience as a Project Manager on commercial/industrial projects.
• Ability to travel within the U.S. is expected.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers to deliver results.
• Develop solutions to prevent issues from becoming problems and manage risks.
• Coordinate pre-construction and RFP packages with the estimating department.
• Recruit qualified subcontractors and manage relationships with clients and subs.
• Ensure quality control, change orders, and timely reporting to clients.
