Lemartec Corporation, a MasTec company, seeks a Senior MEP Project Manager to lead PM teams across diverse infrastructure projects. The role involves executive-level responsibility to identify, propose, close, and manage construction engagements nationwide.

The position requires travel up to 100% across the US, including various states, and leadership across design, estimating, and operations to maximize profit and client satisfaction.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering or Construction; 5 years of relevant work experience in lieu of experience.
• Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing Project manager experience
• 10 to 20 years of PM experience on commercial and industrial projects.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers to deliver exceptional results.
• Develop solutions to ensure issues do not become problems.
• Lead pre-construction/RFP package effort with estimating department.
• Manage multiple project teams and ensure quality and client satisfaction.
• Recruit and manage subcontractors and track new work.
