Job summary

Lemartec Corporation is seeking an MEP Senior Project Manager to lead a team of PMs, APMs and superintendents on complex infrastructure projects across the US. This executive role focuses on identifying, proposing, closing and managing construction opportunities.

The role requires extensive travel (up to 100%), strong leadership, and deep knowledge of mechanical, electrical and plumbing projects, with a proven PM track record in commercial/industrial sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering or Construction.
• 10 to 20 years of project management experience on commercial/industrial projects.
• MEP/Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing PM experience preferred.
• Proficiency in planning, scheduling, production; strong MS Project/Office skills; estimating software knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of project managers, assistant PMs and superintendents to deliver results.
• Review bid specs for potential issues before project start.
• Develop contingency plans to mitigate risks on critical paths.
• Lead pre-construction/RFP efforts with estimating and coordinate with departments.
• Build relationships with clients and subcontractors; recruit qualified subcontracts.
