Job summary

Lemartec, a MasTec company, seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead PMs, APMs and superintendents on large construction projects. The role is executive, requiring travel across the U.S. to identify, propose, close, and manage projects for clients.

You will oversee bid specs, risk planning, subcontractor relationships, and pre-construction efforts while ensuring project quality, schedule, and budget adherence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering or Construction.
• 10–20 years of experience as a Project Manager on commercial/industrial projects.
• Proficiency in planning, scheduling and production; MS Project and MS Office required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers to deliver results.
• Develop contingency plans to mitigate risks on critical paths.
• Build relationships with clients, architects, engineers and subcontractors.
