Job summary

Lemartec, a MasTec company, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead multi-discipline projects across commercial and industrial sectors. The role requires travel up to 100% and oversight of PM teams to ensure profitability and client satisfaction.

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering or Construction and extensive PM experience, including MEP projects, with strong planning and estimating software skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering or Construction and PM experience.
• Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing project manager experience.
• 10 to 20 years of project management on commercial/industrial projects.

Responsibilities

• Develops strategies to prevent issues from becoming problems.
• Reviews bid specs to identify potential issues before starting.
• Creates contingency plans to mitigate risks on the critical path.
• Assesses subcontractor scope, contracts, and risks.
• Leads a team of PMs to deliver results with client satisfaction.
• Manages pre-construction/RFP with estimating department.
