Job summary

Lemartec is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a team of PMs, assistant PMs and superintendents on industrial and commercial projects nationwide. This executive role requires travel up to 100% of the time and close collaboration with architects, engineers and owners.

You will develop strategies, manage budgets and schedules, pursue new business, and ensure quality and client satisfaction while expanding Lemartec's presence across multiple states and markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering or Construction with 5 additional years' experience.
• 10–20 years of PM experience on commercial and industrial projects.
• Familiarity with local specifications and reading blueprints; scheduling proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers to deliver exceptional results.
• Develop contingency plans to mitigate risks and keep critical paths on track.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, architects, engineers and owners to pursue new opportunities.
• Review and manage subcontractor scopes, contracts and change orders.
• Ensure project quality control plans are followed and client satisfaction is achieved.
