Job summary

Lemartec Corporation seeks a Senior MEP Project Manager to lead a team of project managers, assistants, and superintendents, delivering large-scale construction projects nationwide. The role requires identifying opportunities, closing deals, and managing multiple project teams to maximize profit and client satisfaction.

The position involves extensive US travel, with up to 100% travel expected, supporting projects across diverse markets and locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering or Construction.
• 10–20 years of project management experience on commercial/industrial projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Project Managers, Assistant PMs, and Superintendents.
• Develop contingency plans and risk mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers and owners on pre-construction and RFPs.
• Ensure subcontractor relationships, requisitions, and change orders meet standards.
• Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction.
