Job summary

Lemartec Corporation is seeking a Senior MEP Project Manager to lead a team of project managers, assistant PMs, and superintendents to deliver complex infrastructure projects across the United States. This executive role emphasizes identifying, proposing, closing, and managing construction opportunities with travel up to 100% of the time.

The role requires extensive experience in commercial/industrial PM, strong leadership, and comprehensive pre-construction expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering or Construction; 5+ years of relevant PM experience in lieu of experience
• Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing Project manager experience
• 10 to 20 years of PM experience on commercial/industrial projects

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and Superintendents to deliver projects on time and within budget
• Develop contingency plans to mitigate risks and keep critical paths on track
• Coordinate with subcontractors, architects, engineers, and owners to secure new work and optimize project outcomes
• Ensure project quality control plans are followed and punch lists are completed to client satisfaction
• Lead pre-construction/RFP efforts with estimating to secure new projects
