Job summary

Lemartec seeks a Senior MEP Project Manager to lead PMs and superintendents in delivering complex commercial and industrial projects nationwide. This executive role demands strategic execution, risk management, and a proven ability to close and manage multi-site assignments.

The position requires extensive travel, coordinating with architects, engineers and owners to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with high client satisfaction across diverse sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering or Construction, with 5 years of additional experience in lieu of experience.
• Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing project manager experience
• 10–20 years of experience as a project manager on commercial/industrial projects

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers to deliver exceptional results.
• Work with on-site Superintendents to deliver high quality and customer satisfaction.
• Lead pre-construction/RFP package efforts with Estimating.
• Build relationships with architects, engineers and owners to identify opportunities.
