Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred, combine education and experience.
• At least 1 year in a leadership role is required.
• Valid driver's license and insurance are required, with a satisfactory driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations in absence of management, directing staff and activities.
• Open and prepare the store for business, and close after sales.
• Monitor sales floor to ensure a strong shopper experience and safety compliance.
• Record cash reconciliation and prepare expense reports as needed.
• Travel between locations within the home region as required.
