Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Coastal Virginia is seeking a Store Supervisor to help lead a retail location, donation site and production facility. In the manager's absence, you will direct tasks of associates, ensure cleanliness, and provide exceptional customer service while meeting store goals.

You will monitor production and sales reports, participate in onboarding and meetings, and act on feedback to improve operations. Evening/weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred; combination with work experience considered.
• 1 Year leadership experience preferred.
• Customer-focused and strong communication skills valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations in absence of store/assistant manager; manage front end and production areas.
• Monitor associates to meet production and sales goals; review daily reports.
• Maintain cleanliness and visual merchandise standards; model exceptional customer service.
• Communicate with management; participate in onboarding, meetings and appraisals.
• Utilize sales and production reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
