FCP Services is seeking a Traveling Construction Superintendent to lead on-site execution of commercial construction projects across multiple sites in the United States. You will act as the primary field leader and on-site representative, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and client satisfaction.

The role requires high independence, strong leadership, and the ability to manage multi-trade crews with extensive travel (up to 100%).

Qualifikationen

• Strong knowledge of commercial construction processes and sequencing.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Experience managing subcontractors and multiple trade partners.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects in fast-paced environments.
• Willingness to travel extensively and work remotely on job sites.

Aufgaben

• Lead on-site construction execution from mobilization through closeout.
• Coordinate daily field activities and manage project schedules.
• Oversee multiple trades and subcontractors to ensure efficient workflow.
• Ensure work aligns with drawings, specifications, and schedule commitments.
• Champion jobsite safety by enforcing OSHA standards and company policies.
• Identify and address jobsite hazards proactively.
• Monitor field quality and ensure installation meets specifications and standards.
• Coordinate subcontractors, trades, and site logistics across multiple scopes.
• Manage trade sequencing and scheduling to maintain production flow.
• Support sourcing and engagement of local trade partners.
• Coordinate material deliveries, staging, and site readiness.
