Job summary

Fres-co System USA, Inc. is seeking a Senior Field Engineer to support field activities on a project site. You will assist the Senior Project Superintendent and team in coordinating field operations, safety programs, scheduling, and coordination of material deliveries.

The role requires a four-year degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related fields and 2-5 years of field experience. Proficiency with MS Office, MS Project, PlanGrid, CMiC, Bluebeam is preferred.

Qualifications

• Completion of a four-year degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or equivalent experience in a related field or 2-5 years minimum of relevant project field experience
• Proficiency in basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Understanding of construction administration processes, including construction documents, schedules, RFIs, Submittals and material procurement.

Responsibilities

• Assist Senior Project Superintendent and other supervisors in field activities for a specific project.
• Support development, maintenance and enforcement of project site safety programs.
• Coordinate and manage material deliveries and subcontractor activities.
• Assist in preparing, maintaining and distributing construction schedules (MS Project, PlanGrid).
• Assist in QA/QC program implementation and documentation.
• Lead or assist in site inspections and testing coordination.
• Review subcontract and Prime contract language and support RFIs/Submittals workflows.
• Utilize BIM and shop drawings to ensure correct installation.
