Job summary

Fres-co System USA, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Superintendent to support field operations on a Delta, Utah project. This role will assist the Senior Project Superintendent and project team in managing field activities and ensuring project success.

The candidate will help with scheduling, safety programs, subcontractor coordination, and reporting. A four-year degree in a related field or 3–5 years of field experience is expected, along with OSHA 30 and First Aid/CPR certification.

Qualifications

• BS degree or higher in Construction Mgmt/Engineering/Arch or related field, or 3-5 years field exp.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook.
• OSHA 30-Hr, First Aid/CPR certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist Senior/Project Superintendent on field activities.
• Help develop and maintain project schedules and safety programs.
• Coordinate material procurement and deliveries.
• Support subcontractor coordination and daily field activities.
• Document field conditions and reports; assist with change orders.
• Attend weekly Foreman meetings and safety meetings.
