Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking a Traveling Project Manager 1 - Justice to lead portions of complex courthouse and corrections projects nationwide. You will drive safety culture, manage preconstruction, bids, and subcontractors, and coordinate with owners, design teams, and field staff.

You will oversee schedules, risk analysis, procurement, and change management, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery while maintaining JE Dunn’s standards and client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field.
• 5+ years construction management experience.
• Experience on large or complex Justice/Corrections projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety culture and mentoring.
• Manage prestart and buyout processes.
• Coordinate preconstruction activities and bid packages.
• Develop and manage project schedule and resources.
• Oversee subcontractor coordination and submittals.
• Track budget, cost, and profitability.
