Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking a Traveling Project Manager 1 – Justice to lead and integrate multi-site courthouse and corrections projects nationwide. You will direct project teams, coordinate with owners, design teams and subcontractors, and ensure safety, schedule, and budget adherence.

The role requires 5+ years in construction management, a bachelor’s degree in CM/engineering, and readiness to travel and work non-traditional hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field.
• 5+ years construction management experience.
• Prior experience on large/complex Justice/Corrections projects (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead safety culture and mentor staff to maintain injury-free environment.
• Manage prestart and preconstruction processes including takeoffs and bid packages.
• Coordinate with stakeholders including subcontractors, owner, design team and vendors.
• Prepare, submit and obtain approvals for change requests.
• Develop and update project schedule with Lean principles.
