Job summary

Summit Line Construction is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead planning, direction, and coordination of high-voltage transmission and distribution projects across the United States. You will oversee scope, schedule, budget, staffing, subcontractors, safety, quality, and execution to ensure on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate has 7–10 years of PM experience in electrical construction, a Bachelor’s in construction management or engineering, and strong Excel/PM software skills.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of project management experience in high-voltage electric transmission and distribution construction or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field required; PMP or advanced degree preferred.
• Must pass mandatory drug and alcohol screenings.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-construction planning, bid reviews, and execution planning.
• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and cost projections.
• Coordinate subcontracts, vendors, and documentation; oversee approvals.
• Provide regular progress reports and communicate with stakeholders.
• Mentor project managers and coordinate staffing for multiple projects.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance across projects.
