Job summary

Turner Construction Company in Philadelphia, PA seeks an experienced project engineer/manager to oversee engineering and administrative functions on a major SPO division project.

You will coordinate with field operations, manage budgets and schedules, ensure QA/QC and safety, and report to the project leadership across Philadelphia-area sites with 50–60% travel.

This role requires leadership, strong communication, and ability to work with design professionals, owners, and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree plus minimum of eight years' related experience or equivalent.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and cost control procedures.
• Familiarity with BIM and Lean to benefit the project.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise at a project level all engineering and administrative policies, procedures and functions.
• Coordinate with project field operations to ensure transfer of information is delivered, understood and implemented.
• Establish and maintain procedures with design professionals, owners and subcontractors for information flow, meetings, reporting, and approvals.
