Job summary

Turner Construction Company is seeking an Experienced Project Engineer to manage engineering and administrative functions on a Philadelphia Main division project. You will coordinate with field operations to ensure information is delivered, understood and implemented, while supervising staff and ensuring safety and compliance.

Responsibilities include reviewing contract documents, leading QA/QC, developing cost estimates, and maintaining project communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required plus 8+ years related experience.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and cost control.
• Ability to develop cost estimates and budgeting.
• Familiarity with BIM and Lean methods; strong leadership and communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee engineering staff and project-level policies.
• Coordinate information flow among design professionals and subcontractors.
• Lead budget development and early project cost estimates; preconstruction involvement.
• Review construction documents for constructability and QA/QC.
• Schedule and conduct project meetings; manage change orders and close out.
