Job summary

Turner Construction Company is seeking a seasoned project leader to manage engineering and administrative functions at a major construction site. You will coordinate with field operations to ensure information flows accurately and complies with contract documents, plans, and codes.

Reports to Project Manager or Senior Project Manager; responsibilities include overseeing cost control, GMP development, QA/QC, and close-out activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with at least eight years of related experience.
• Knowledge of accounting principles, cost control, estimating, scheduling, purchasing, and engineering.
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to implement BIM and Lean to benefit the project.
• Excellent written and oral communication; leadership and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise project level engineering policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with field operations to ensure information transfer and implementation.
• Lead project meetings with owner, architect, and subcontractors.
• Manage change orders and procurement to meet schedule.
• Oversee project close-out, warranties, and final payments.
