Job summary

Turner Construction Company is seeking an experienced Project Engineer/Manager to supervise engineering and administrative functions on a Lebanon, IN project. You will coordinate information flow with field operations and design professionals while maintaining safety compliance and project budgeting.

Your role includes leading staff, reviewing documents for constructability, and guiding procurement, scheduling, and close-out activities to meet the construction schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus eight years of related experience or equivalent.
• Knowledge of accounting principles, cost control, estimating and scheduling.
• Familiarity with BIM and Lean methods to benefit project delivery.
• Strong written and oral communication; leadership and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise engineering and administrative policies at project level.
• Coordinate information flow among project teams and design professionals.
• Lead site teams, conduct performance reviews, and ensure safety compliance.
• Prepare procurement schedules and manage change orders and close-out.
• Oversee financial status and reporting for the project.
