Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with budgeting, scheduling, purchasing, and accounting principles.
• Read, understand, and interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, scopes of work, and project schedules.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of high-performance teams through supervision, training, coaching, and mentoring; ensure timely performance appraisals.
• Provide leadership to foster an environment of diversity and inclusion for all staff.
• Develop and maintain client relationships to act as trusted advisor.
• Understand and administer company contracts and subcontract agreements.
• Manage on-site operations and engineering processes and procedures; ensure adherence to safety protocols.
• Collaborate with accounting for timely payment of supplier invoices and review change orders for accuracy.
