Turner Construction Company in the Philadelphia area seeks a senior construction leader to oversee project teams, manage budgets, and ensure safety and quality across complex projects.

You will develop and mentor staff, coordinate with clients and trade partners, interpret contracts, and drive on-site performance to meet schedule and financial targets. Strong communication, leadership, and familiarity with MS Office are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with budgeting, scheduling, purchasing, and accounting principles.
• Read, understand, and interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, scopes of work, and project schedules.

Responsabilités

• Lead development of high-performance teams through supervision, training, coaching, and mentoring; ensure timely performance appraisals.
• Provide leadership to foster an environment of diversity and inclusion for all staff.
• Develop and maintain client relationships to act as trusted advisor.
• Understand and administer company contracts and subcontract agreements.
• Manage on-site operations and engineering processes and procedures; ensure adherence to safety protocols.
• Collaborate with accounting for timely payment of supplier invoices and review change orders for accuracy.
