Job summary

Turner Construction Company is seeking an experienced project management professional to lead engineering staff on a Philadelphia Main project. You will coordinate with field operations to ensure accurate transfer of information and compliance with contract documents.

Responsibilities include directing cost control, scheduling, procurement, and change orders while maintaining rigorous QA/QC and safety standards. Strong leadership and communication are essential to drive project success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with at least eight years of related experience.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills; ability to manage a project engineering team.
• Familiarity with BIM, Lean principles, cost control, scheduling and QA/QC processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise project engineering staff and ensure adherence to contract documents and codes.
• Lead information flow among project team, design professionals, owner and subcontractors.
• Manage GMP or initial project budget development with Preconstruction, Estimating and Purchasing.
• Oversee procurement scheduling and subcontract change order processes; ensure timely resolutions.
• Maintain project financial status reports and conduct project meetings and closeout activities.
