Job summary

F3 Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Traveling Field Implementation Technician to join our nationwide team. You will travel across the United States and Canada to install, troubleshoot, and train on Point of Sale systems at diverse locations, from restaurants to hotels and venues.

You will manage travel itineraries, support remote deployments, and ensure accurate documentation while delivering professional, customer-focused service in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to travel up to 100% with overnight stays.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read technical manuals and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, and train on POS systems at sites.
• Travel across US and Canada for deployments.
• Maintain records and submit receipts per policy.
• Provide excellent customer engagement during go-live.
