Job summary

F3 Technologies Inc. seeks a Traveling Field Implementation Technician to install, troubleshoot, and train on Point of Sale systems across the US and Canada. You will travel frequently, work with customers during go-lives, and collaborate with dispatch to manage itineraries.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 21+ years of age.
• Willingness to travel up to a full week with overnight stays.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Valid TSA-compliant ID or passport for travel.
• Residence within reasonable distance to a major commercial airport.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer sites to install, maintain, replace, and repair POS systems.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide timely solutions.
• Lead customer engagement during training, go-live, and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate travel itineraries with scheduling and dispatch.
• Maintain and document parts used and expenses according to policy.
• Uphold safety standards during travel and work.
