Job summary

F3 Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Traveling Field Implementation Technician to install, troubleshoot, and train customers on POS systems across the United States and Canada.

The role requires frequent travel, overnight stays, and weekend work as scheduled, with compensation aligned to hourly rates. You will be the on-the-road expert delivering hands-on installs, remote support as needed, and high-touch customer engagement while coordinating with dispatch to manage travel itineraries and ensure

Qualifications

• Ability and willingness to travel up to a full week, with overnight stays away from home
• Valid driver's license and driving record meeting requirements
• Valid government-issued ID for TSA travel (REAL ID or equivalent)
• Valid passport with ability for international travel
• Residing within a reasonable distance of a major commercial airport
• Fluency in more than one language may be required in some roles during hiring process

Responsibilities

• Travel Monday through Friday to customer sites across the US and Canada to install, maintain, replace, and repair POS systems in person
• Assist with remote installations as assigned and troubleshoot issues on site
• Lead customer engagement during training, go-live, and troubleshooting
• Coordinate with scheduling/dispatch to manage itineraries and adapt to changes
• Transport and safeguard company equipment and inventory while traveling
• Submit accurate expense reports and maintain records of work performed and parts used
