F3 Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Traveling Field Implementation Technician to install and service POS systems across the United States and Canada.

You will travel up to 100% of the time, visiting restaurants, hotels, venues, and other sites to install, troubleshoot, and train staff during go-lives. You must have strong problem-solving ability, multitask across locations/time zones, and excellent communication.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 21+ years of age.
• Ability and willingness to travel up to a full week with overnight stays.
• Work four weekend days per month as scheduled.
• Valid driver's license and driving record acceptable by lenders and rental car company requirements.
• Valid government-issued ID for TSA travel (REAL ID or equivalent).
• Valid passport for international travel.
• Must reside within a reasonable distance of a major commercial airport.
• Some roles may require fluency in more than one language.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized across locations and time zones.
• Continued education as required; training may be mandated by partnerships.

Responsabilidades

• Travel weekly to US/Canada customer sites to install, maintain, replace, and repair POS systems.
• Install, maintain, replace, and repair POS systems with remote sites as assigned.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions.
• Lead high-level customer engagement during training and go-live.
• Coordinate travel itineraries with scheduling/dispatch and adjust as needed.
• Transport, safeguard, and track company equipment and inventory while traveling.
• Submit expense reports and receipts per travel guidelines.
• Maintain records of work performed and parts used with required documentation.
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members.
• Adhere to safety standards at all times, including travel.
• Additional duties as assigned.
