Job summary

F3 Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Traveling Field Implementation Technician to install, troubleshoot, and train on Point of Sale systems across the United States and Canada. You will be on the road, supporting restaurants, hotels, and venues, with a strong emphasis on customer engagement and issue resolution.

The role requires up to full-week travel, weekend work, and overnight stays. A valid passport and TSA-cleared ID are required, along with the ability to relocate within commuting distance

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 21+ years of age.
• Ability and willingness to travel up to a full week, with overnight stays away from home.
• Ability to work four weekend days per month, as well as early mornings, late evenings, overnight shifts, and holidays.
• Valid driver's license and a driving record that meets company requirements, maintained and kept current at all times.
• Valid government-issued identification that meets TSA requirements for travel.
• Valid passport with ability to travel internationally.
• Must reside within a reasonable distance of a major commercial airport.
• Some roles require fluency in more than one language; this will be communicated during the hiring process.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized while working across changing locations and time zones.

Responsibilities

• Travel continuously Monday through Friday to customer sites across the United States or Canada to install, maintain, replace, and repair Point of Sale systems in person.
• Install, maintain, replace, and repair Point of Sale systems with customer sites remotely, as assigned.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely and effective solutions.
• Lead high‑level customer engagement during training, go‑live, and troubleshooting services.
• Partner with scheduling and dispatch to manage travel itineraries and adapt quickly to delays and changes.
• Transport, safeguard, and track company equipment, tools, and inventory while traveling.
• Submit accurate and timely expense reports and receipts per travel guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used, including documentation.
• Communicate with customers and team members professionally.
• Adhere to safety standards and protocols at all times.
