Job summary

F3 Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Traveling Field Implementation Technician based in the Savannah area. You will roam across the U.S. and Canada, installing, troubleshooting, and training on Point of Sale systems at restaurants, hotels, and venues.

Ideal candidates are ready to travel up to 100%, work both weekdays and weekends as needed, and maintain professionalism while ensuring smooth checkout and front desk operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability and willingness to travel up to a full week with overnight stays.
• Must reside within reasonable distance of a major commercial airport.
• Valid driver's license and a driving record that meets company requirements.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer sites across the US or Canada to install, maintain, replace, and repair POS systems.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely and effective solutions.
• Lead high-level customer engagement during training, go-live, and troubleshooting services.
• Coordinate travel itineraries with scheduling and dispatch to adapt to delays and reassignments.
• Transport, safeguard, and track company equipment, tools, and inventory while traveling.
• Submit accurate expense reports and receipts according to company guidelines.
