Job summary

F3 Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Traveling Field Implementation Technician to deploy and support POS systems across the US and Canada. The role demands frequent travel, on-site installations, and hands-on troubleshooting to keep checkout and front-desk operations running smoothly.

You will train customers, coordinate with dispatch, and uphold safety standards while working across multiple time zones and locations. A strong travel mindset and technical aptitude are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 21+ years old.
• Willing to travel up to a full week with overnight stays.
• Available for four weekend days per month.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Passport and TSA-compliant ID required for travel.
• Reside within reasonable distance of a major airport.
• Willing to work across multiple time zones.

Responsibilities

• Travel continuously to customer sites across the US/Canada to install, maintain, replace, and repair POS systems in person.
• Install, maintain, replace, and repair POS systems at customer sites remotely as assigned.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions.
• Lead high-level customer engagement during training, go-live, and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with scheduling to manage travel itineraries and reassignments.
• Transport and track company equipment and inventory during travel.
• Submit accurate expense reports per travel guidelines.
• Maintain records of work performed and parts used.
• Communicate with customers and team members professionally.
• Adhere to safety standards at all times, including while traveling.
